BENEFITS OF IMPLEMENTATION

ANIMAL STOCK MANAGEMENT
TRACKING WEIGHT/GROWTH

• Detailed basic identification for each animal by site, animal ID number and pedigree dam, sire, dam-dam, sire-dam, dam-sire, sire-sire, breed, species, sex, birth order, birth/weaning kg, species/ type of birth, date/object of outgoing transfer, date/customer issue, etc. (pigs, cows, cattle, sheep, goats).

• Information for a selected period on the stock inventory of animals by site, herd, breed, sex (if applicable), incl. dead animals, transfer to another facility, issued to a customer, etc. (all animals).
• Information for a selected period by site, herd, breed, sex (if applicable) for average weight in grams/kilograms, daily gain and average daily gain and deviation from norms and standards (poultry).

MANAGE FEED FORMULAS
ANIMAL FEEDING MANAGEMENT

• Creation of cost norms for raw ingredients and recipes for the production of various types of food/fodder (all animals).

• Information for a selected period by site, herd, breed, sex (if applicable) for consumed amounts of food/fodder, water, cumulative consumption of food and water and deviation from norms (all animals).

• Information for each animal by breed, type, sex, development in kilograms and growth, as well as selected linear descriptive traits (pigs, cows/cattle, sheep/goats).
• Information for a selected period for each animal by site, animal identification number, dam, sire, date and sequence of insemination, offspring number, breed and sex, type and type of birth, data controlled signs and deviations (pigs, cows/cattle, sheep/goats).

HEALTH STATUS/VACCINATIONS
ANALYSIS BY KEY INDICATORS

• Information for a selected period by site, herd, breed, sex (if applicable) for date and type of health examinations, type of diseases, type and dose of medication, date of follow-up examination, status (all animals).
• Information for a selected period by site, herd, breed, sex (if applicable) for the date, type and dose of vaccines administered, as well as the date of killing, methods and date of disposal of the carcasses (all animals).
• Information on key quantitative and qualitative indicators in the process of breeding and development of animals - mortality and cumulative mortality, water/feed ratio, feed conversion ratio, deviation from target weight, coefficient of variation, factor of production efficiency, as well as deviation from norms and standards (all animals).

RADAR LEVEL METER FOR SILOS

• Maintenance-free operation thanks to non-contact 80 GHz radar technology. Accurate measurement results regardless of medium properties and process conditions.
• High accuracy and universal measurement range.
• The sensor emits a continuous radar signal through the antenna. The transmitted signal is reflected from the medium and received as an echo by the antenna.
• The frequency difference between the transmitted and the received signal is proportional to the distance and depends on the height of the filling. The determined filling height is converted into a corresponding output signal and output as a measured value.
• The controller supplies the connected sensor 4...20 mA, processes the measured values and displays them.
• The controller can power the connected sensor and process its measurement signals. The requested parameter is shown on the display and output to the integrated current output for further processing. In this way, the measurement signal is transferred to Betalive™ Farm Management Software.
• Radar Level Meter: 0÷15 m, 8°, 80 GHz, DC 12÷35 V -40/+80º C, PBT/PVDF, G1½ A, Bluetooth 5.0, 4...20 mA
• Process Indicator: 500Ω, AC 100÷230 V, DC 24÷65 V, -40/+60º C, Bluetooth 5.0, 4...20 mA
